Giving Back: Free Coaching for Women in Media & Broadcast
The broadcast industry has given me so much—opportunities, growth, and incredible mentors along the way. Now, I want to give something back.
I offer free coaching sessions for women working in broadcast technology. My aim is simple: to provide a safe space to step back, reflect, and gain clarity when you feel stuck.
Sometimes, in the fast-moving world of media and technology, it’s easy to “not see the forest for the trees.” You’re juggling projects, deadlines, and innovation—but when you need guidance or perspective, there isn’t always someone to turn to. That’s where I step in.
I provide 2 coaching sessions, 45 minutes each, every three months, to three individuals, giving focused, thoughtful support on your career journey. Everything we discuss is handled with integrity and full confidentiality, so you can speak freely.
Note, this is not a competition to Rise—it’s a strictly individual, short “hang-out” journey for when there’s an issue and not applicable to anyone in the current Rise programme.
Having mentored women both at Rise and within several broadcast companies, I understand the challenges of navigating technical roles in a fast-paced, evolving industry. My goal is to help you gain perspective, find your next steps, and rediscover your direction.
